4. RESERVATION & PAYMENT
Our guests will give their approval to the accommodation inventory and will make use of the premises and services properly. The check-in will be always after 12:00am and check-out before 12:00am, but these timings are likely to be arranged by agreement. The Casa Taure rural accommodation is a legal establishment with registration number in the Valencia Tourism Board ARV-240. Our facilities accomplish regional and local current regulations of rural accommodation of the Valencian Community; any ocurrence or cancelation will be solved accordingly to these regulations.
The reservation of the accommodation will only be effective by a bank transference payment with an amount of money corresponding to an overnight stay to the bank account provided. In addition to it, the reservation form which is available through this website, should be e-mailed (casataure@hotmail.com) or faxed (ph. 0034 963 915 984) us. Some of the data contained within this form must be filled according to the Ministerio de Interior ORD INT/1922/2003 de 3 de julio and Conselleria de Turisme 19/1997 de 11 de febrero.
The rest of the ammount will be paid at the moment of delivering the house keys that will be happening in VALENCIA city at 8 Horno San Nicolás Square, 46001 (VALENCIA), RESTAURANTE SAN NICOLÁS, phone and fax 96 391 59 84. This restaurant is a member of MENJAR I VIURE, Gastronomic Association of Restaurants of Valencia.
The landlord keep the right to ask for a bond anytime if necessary. Any abuse on the equipments and/or misuse of the services or facilities within the premises is likely to be charged to the bond, or be paid by the guest.
